The custom boxes we made elevate the unpackaging experience for our customers and help reinforce our brand. And the fact that they can warehouse partial inventory is amazing. Also – the info is always true. I often run into manufacturers fibbing a little on lead times, setting everything back. I appreciate that lead times are met as we were informed; this always makes my job easier.
Personally, the thing that I find most helpful is your knowledge base. I am a buyer of many different items for a large company. I know very little about these items because there are literally thousands that I buy. So, when I come with a request, I know very little about what I'm asking for. The way you supply exactly what we're looking for, even though I do not necessarily know what it is –that's a lifesaver!
